~No refund/cancellation of order will be entertained (unless item is OOS). If not you'll be blacklisted.
~FREE local Normal posting (Singapore Only), thus registered mail is advisable as we will not be responsible for any loss of mails thru normal mailing process or due to Singpost's error.
~It will take approximately 5-15 working days for you to receive your parcel after the pre-order had ended. However, subject to stock level or any unforeseeable circumstances. You may visit our blogshop for status update.
~Measurements may vary slightly/Colors may vary slightly due to different computers/camera effects & lightings.
~We will take the responsibility to check and order your items accurately in correct quantity and color, should items not arrive / are incorrect / arrive imperfect / poor workmanship / differ from measurement, colours, design as per shown in pics and etc, we will NOT be held responsible. Mistakes on our part will be compensated based on our discretion.
